If you’d like to return an item for a size exchange, we are unable to do that for you. Simply return your order for a refund through our returns portal and place a new order on our website in the correct size or a different item.
- Exchange has to be initiated within 7 days of receiving the item.

INTERNATIONAL (OUTSIDE OF USA) - Returns and Exchanges
Due to extremely high international shipping tariffs that:
1. You the customer would have to pay to ship back to into USA
2. The tariffs we'd have to pay to accept the package back into the USA
We have updated our return and exchange policy for Non-USA customers.
Exchanges (International):
- We cannot offer a direct exchange for international customers, we recommend you keep the item and we can offer you a discount on the exchange item you wish to purchase to at least try and accommodate you.
- If its been more than 7 days since receiving your order and you are requesting an exchange you are no longer eligible.

Returns (International):
- We cannot offer refunds at this moment to Non-USA customers due to the extremely high tariffs that are present. All sales are final.

Order Cancellations (All Locations)
- We cannot cancel your order once it has been placed.
- If your order has shipped and you are seeking a cancellation, we cannot cancel your order anymore.
- To account for the costs associated with processing and restocking canceled orders at our warehouse, we apply a 50% cancellation fee.
Initiating a Return or Exchange:

Status of Your Return or Exchange:
If you have already initiated a return, exchange, or store credit request, please allow 5-7 business days for processing after we receive your item (USA) or after we verify your request (International). We will email you to confirm the status once processed.
Special Circumstances (All Locations)
Incorrect Item:
If you have received an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us at contact@shopjogabonito.com and include:
- Your order number
- Name on the order
- Email used for the order
- Photo of the incorrect item and packing slip
Upon confirming that you received the wrong item, we will create a return label for you (USA/Canada) or send you the correct item at no charge (International), and you will receive the correct item within 5-7 business days.
Damaged or Defective Item:
If you have received a damaged or defective item, please email contact@shopjogabonito.com and provide:
- Your order number
- Name on the order
- Email used for the order
- Your request (refund or replacement?)
- Photograph clearly showing the defect or damaged area, taken on a flat surface with the tag and error clearly displayed
We will use this information to assist you with your order and ensure that similar errors are prevented in future production.
Lost Packages:
If more than 7 days have passed and the tracking on your order has not been updated, please email us at contact@shopjogabonito.com and we will reach out to the courier to try to find your package.
Shipped to Wrong Address:
- If the shipping address was input correctly on our end (from what you provided when placing your order), we will not be responsible for any mistakes you made when providing your shipping address.
Stolen Packages:
If the tracking on your order confirms that it has been delivered, but you have not received the package and are unable to find it, the first step is to wait a bit longer. Sometimes shipping couriers accidentally mark a package as delivered before they actually deliver it.
If 7 days have passed since your order was marked as delivered and you still do not have your package, it will be considered stolen. Unfortunately we are not able to offer any refunds or replacements for stolen packages, so please be mindful and select a safe address for your order to be delivered to.
Returned to sender (RTS):
If your order fails delivery for whatever reason and you are informed by the courier or us that it has been returned to back to us (returned to sender), then please allow 7-14 business days for us to receive the package back at our warehouse so that we can process a re-shipment.
