Returns and Exchange Policy

Please read our return and exchange policy below for more details. Our policy varies based on your shipping location.

USA - Returns and Exchanges

Exchanges (USA):

  • Exchanges must be initiated within 10 days of receiving your order.
  • You must cover the shipping cost to return the item to us, and we will cover the shipping cost to send the new item to you
  • Items must be in original condition with all tags and packaging intact - items cannot be washed or damaged in any way.
  • Once we receive the item, your exchange will be processed within 5-10 business days
  • Note: You must send us back your item(s) within 3-5 business days once your return label has been generated.

  • Please note: We cannot guarantee an exchange for an item if that item is part of a limited collection/drop. Because our drops are limited and sell out quickly, some variants may sell out which can prevent us from exchanging that item in another size. If this is the case, we can offer you store credit or an exchange for another item that's in stock.
  • ALL ITEMS ON SALE ARE FINAL SALE NO EXCHANGES.

Returns (USA):

  • 0-10 days after receiving your order: Full refund to your original payment method (minus return shipping label cost and 10% processing & restocking fee)
  • 10-21 days after receiving your order: Store credit only (minus return shipping label cost and 10% processing & restocking fee)
  • 21+ days after receiving your order: No longer eligible for returns
  • Note: You must send us back your item(s) within 3-5 business days once your return label has been generated.
  • Products must be in unworn, unwashed, undamaged condition, and must have the original tags still attached. No exceptions.
  • Joga Bonito does not cover the shipping cost for items that need to be returned for a refund.
  • Once we receive the item, your return will be processed within 5-10 business days

INTERNATIONAL (OUTSIDE OF USA) - Returns and Exchanges

Due to extremely high international shipping tariffs, we've implemented a special policy for international customers to make returns and exchanges more convenient and cost-effective for you and us.

Exchanges (International):

  • Exchanges must be initiated within 10 days of receiving your order, beyond 10 days you no longer qualify.
  • To initiate an exchange, please email us at customer@shopjogabonito.com with:
    • Your order number
    • The size/item you'd like to exchange for
    • Your shipping address (to confirm)
  • Please note: We cannot guarantee an exchange for an item if that item is part of a limited collection/drop. Because our drops are limited and sell out quickly, some variants may sell out which can prevent us from exchanging that item in another size. If this is the case, we can offer you store credit or an exchange for another item that's in stock.
  • ALL ITEMS ON SALE ARE FINAL SALE NO EXCHANGES.

Returns (International):

  • Returns must be initiated within 10 days of receiving your order, beyond 10 days you no longer qualify.

  • Products must be in original condition (photos required for verification)
  • Once we verify your return request, it will be processed within 5-7 business days
  • To initiate a return, please email us at customer@shopjogabonito.com with:
    • Your order number
    • Name on the order
    • Email used for the order
    • Reason for your return and photos of the item with tags attached
  • ALL ITEMS ON SALE ARE FINAL SALE NO RETURNS.

Order Cancellations (All Locations)

  • We cannot guarantee a cancellation if the order has been placed for more than 24 hours
  • To account for the costs associated with processing and restocking canceled orders at our warehouse, we apply a 30% cancellation fee
  • To start the cancellation process, please contact us at customer@shopjogabonito.com and include:
    • Your order number
    • Name on the order
    • Email used for the order
    • Reason for cancellation

Initiating a Return or Exchange:

Status of Your Return or Exchange:

If you have already initiated a return, exchange, or store credit request, please allow 5-7 business days for processing after we receive your item (USA) or after we verify your request (International). We will email you to confirm the status once processed.


Special Circumstances (All Locations)

Incorrect Item:

If you have received an incorrect item, please contact us at customer@shopjogabonito.com and include:

  • Your order number
  • Name on the order
  • Email used for the order
  • Photo of the incorrect item and packing slip

Upon confirming that you received the wrong item, we will create a return label for you (USA/Canada) or send you the correct item at no charge (International), and you will receive the correct item within 5-7 business days.

Damaged or Defective Item:

If you have received a damaged or defective item, please email customer@shopjogabonito.com and provide:

  • Your order number
  • Name on the order
  • Email used for the order
  • Your request (refund or replacement?)
  • Photograph clearly showing the defect or damaged area, taken on a flat surface with the tag and error clearly displayed

We will use this information to assist you with your order and ensure that similar errors are prevented in future production.

Lost Packages:

If more than 7 days have passed and the tracking on your order has not been updated, please email us at customer@shopjogabonito.com and we will reach out to the courier to try to find your package. 

Shipped to Wrong Address:

  • If the shipping address was input correctly on our end (from what you provided when placing your order), we will not be responsible for any mistakes you made when providing your shipping address.

Stolen Packages:

If the tracking on your order confirms that it has been delivered, but you have not received the package and are unable to find it, the first step is to wait a bit longer. Sometimes shipping couriers accidentally mark a package as delivered before they actually deliver it.

If 7 days have passed since your order was marked as delivered and you still do not have your package, it will be considered stolen. Unfortunately we are not able to offer any refunds or replacements for stolen packages, so please be mindful and select a safe address for your order to be delivered to.
