Returns and Exchange Policy.

Please read our return and exchange policy below for more details:

Exchanges:

  1. For exchanges you must cover the shipping cost to return the item to me, and I will cover the shipping cost to send the new item to you.
  2. Once we receive the item, your return or exchange will be processed within 7 - 10 business days.
  3. Exchanges must be in original condition with all tags and packaging intact, item cannot be washed or damaged in any way.
  4. You have 14 days from the day you receive the item to initiate an exchange.

  6. Please note, we cannot guarantee an exchange for an item if that item is part of a limited collection / drop. Because our drops are limited and sell out quickly, some variants may sell out which can prevent us from exchanging that item in another size.
  7. If this is the case, we can offer you an exchange for store credit or for another item thats in stock. 

Refunds:

  • Joga Bonito does not cover the shipping cost for an item that needs to be returned for a refund.
  • Products must be in unworn, unwashed, undamaged condition, and must have the original tags still attached. No exceptions.
  • Assuming your item is in original condition with all tags and packaging, you have 10 days from receiving your order to initiate a return and get refunded back to your payment method.
    • If it has been more than 10 days since receiving your item and you are looking to initiate a return, we can only refund and give you store credit.
    • You will not qualify for a refund to your payment method or store credit if it has been more than 21 days since receiving your item and you initiate a return.
  • If the item passes all verification checks your order will be refunded, minus 10% for processing & warehouse restocking fees.

  • Once we receive the item, your return or exchange will be processed within 7 - 10 business days.

Order Cancellations:

  • We cannot guarantee a cancellation if the order has been placed for more than 24 hours. 
  • To account for the costs associated with processing and restocking canceled orders at our warehouse, we apply a 25% cancellation fee.

Initiating a Cancellation: To start the cancellation process, please contact us at customer@shopjogabonito.com

 and include the following information:

  • Your order number
  • Name on the order
  • Email used for the order
  • Reason for your return and photo of the item.

Status of Your Return or Exchange: If you have already initiated a return, exchange, or store credit request through our online process, please allow 7-10 business days for processing. I will email you to confirm the status once the return is processed.

Incorrect Item: If you have received an incorrect item, please contact us at customer@shopjogabonito.com and include the following information:

  • Your order number
  • Name on the order
  • Email used for the order
  • Photo of the incorrect item and packing slip. Upon confirming that you received the wrong item, I will create a return label for you, and you will be shipped the correct item within 7-10 business days.

Damaged or Defective Item: If you have received a damaged or defective item, please email customer@shopjogabonito.com and provide the following details:

  • Your order number
  • Name on the order
  • Email used for the order
  • Your request (refund or send another product?)
  • Photograph clearly showing the quality of the print or the damaged area of the item, taken on a flat surface with the tag and error clearly displayed. I will use this information to assist you with your order and ensure that similar errors are prevented in future printing.

Lost Packages: If more than 7 days have passed and the tracking on your order has not been updated, please email me at customer@shopjogabonito.com and I will reach out to the courier to try to find your package. If they are unable to locate your package I will send you a complete replacement free of charge, or refund your order, whichever you prefer.

Shipped to Wrong Address: If the shipping address was input correctly on my end (from what you provided me when placing your order) I will not be responsible for any mistakes you made when providing your shipping address. If I input your address incorrectly (from what you provided me when placing your order) I will send you a complete replacement free of charge, or refund your order, whichever you prefer. If I input your address correctly (from what you provided me when placing your order) and you enter your address correctly when placing your order, but the shipping courier sends it to the wrong address, I will send you a complete replacement free of charge, or refund your order, whichever you prefer.

Stolen Packages: If the tracking on your order confirms that it has been delivered, but you have not received the package and are unable to find it, the first step is to wait a bit longer. Sometimes the shipping couriers accidentally mark a package as delivered before they deliver it. If a 7 days have passed since since your order was marked as delivered and you still do not have your package, it will be considered stolen. Unfortunately I am not able to offer any refunds or replacements for stolen packages, so please be mindful and select a safe address for your order to be delivered to.
