You are responsible for the shipping information you provide. Ensure that you input the correct shipping address for your order.

Modifying Orders:

You can email us at customer@shopjogabonito.com to change the size or color of your order (based on availability) if we have not fulfilled your order yet. However, no changes can be made once your order has been fulfilled and shipped out.

Order Cancellation:

Cancelling an order that has not been shipped out will result in a 10-15% cancellation fee to compensate our staff for the restocking process.

Exchanges:

We do not exchange items unless the original product was seriously damaged or defective upon delivery. We do not accept any other reasons (e.g., personal reasons) for exchanges and will not send a replacement. Please ensure your items are correct before placing your order.

Returns & Refunds:

We do not offer returns or refunds unless the original product was incorrectly shipped or seriously damaged upon delivery.

Returns will be accepted in exchange for STORE CREDIT ONLY.

To be eligible for a return, your items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, with all tags attached.

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll email you to let you know whether it has been approved or declined.

If your request is approved, you’ll be sent a store credit code via email.

Lost/Stolen Packages:

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES.

If the shipping address was input correctly on our end (from what you provided us), we will not be liable for any lost/stolen packages.
